Description : Emerging from the pavement like an
ancient Greek ruin is the Pythagorean triangle sculpture Architectural Fragment. Inspired by the architecture of
the State Library of Victoria and Percy Bysshe Shelley's poem 'Ozymandias' the fragment of column, capital and
cornice creates an interesting dialogue between, art, history and change.

commissioned by the Swanstn Street Walk Public Art Project (1992) and unveiled the following year.
